Training Classes
 
We meet every Thursday evening unless otherwise notified.  
(for winter storm closing please tune in to Ch. 3 cancellations)  

We accept dogs of all ages for training,
however, a puppy must be at least 12 weeks of age.  

Veterinary proof of vaccination is required for all dogs.
 
FIRST THURSDAY SHOW N' GO
The Hartford Obedience Training Club has implemented a Show n' Go night for the Rally, Competition, Open and Utility classes.

The Show n Go will be held on the First Thursday of every month, beginning on February 7th. Handlers may choose to show under AKC UKC CKC rules and regulations.

There will be no change to the schedule, the training fee will remain the same, in lieu of the formal class the students will be able to avail themselves of a run through complete with score sheet. This will enable them to identify their weak points and to have the opportunity to work on them before the next Show n' Go.

 Run throughs with a score sheet: 
Regular training fee $7  / additional dog $3.00  / additional run throughs $3 - time permitting
( non-member fee is $14.00 )

6:30 - 7:15  Beginners

Basic obedience (6 Weeks) -- Pre-register only
 
7:15 - 7:45   Sub Novice Obedience
   
7:45 - 8:15
 		 Competition Obedience Class geared towards the level of the dogs in class.
8:15 - 8:45 Open & Utility
   
8:45 - 9:15
 		 Specialty class - Pre registration required
(limited to 8 dogs)
   
9:15 - 9:30
Individual Instruction

 

 Club Members private lesson in whatever level the handler needs/wishes.   Sign up one week in advance with instructor, one person per night. Special Fee.
